Most conflicts arise as a result of communication problems. Often misunderstandings and misinterpretations are caused by different expectations and use of language. This becomes even more evident when working in an international environment where people from different cultural backgrounds meet.In this seminar you will develop a better understanding of how your behavior and communication is culturally influenced and what impact it has in conflict situations. Developing cultural awareness will not only help you to resolve conflicts confidently with people from different backgrounds but also prepare you to face the challenges in a language that might not be your mother tongue.
At the end of this seminar you will be more aware of your own behavior patterns in conflict situations. This will help you to positively utilize the potential of conflicts by applying a solution-focused communication style. As a result you will be able to develop productive and creative solutions.
